like smelly toilets and issue in power backup the second change was change in cab , it was clearly discussed that cab will be only Kia carens but when we reached Manali the cab was etios but we managed the whole trip in etios because the driver was too good and last but not the least bus voucher we got at very last moment which was really disappointed while going to Manali around 30 min before we get clarity in which bus we need to board after multiple follow up with the travel agent after boarding we came to know that ac was not working in bus and while returning from manali the bus was worst but we don't have any option to deny and board on the same bus , we like the food quality at hotel and cab driver behaviour and travel agent behaviour are also very good
